What is Learning Outcome?

However, it does contribute significantly to shaping your career growth. A learning outcome is the result or fruit you attain when you successfully complete a course (or specialization). Through learning outcome configuration, you can associate any of following achievements with a course or specialization.

- Licenses and Certifications
After successfully completing a course, the associated learning outcome is added to the worker’s talent profile that employee can access from Me » Career and Performance » Skills and Qualifications
