Organization Tree for Oracle Recruiting Cloud
In this article, we’ll learn how to configure an Organization Tree from the perspective of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). You may already be familiar with this concept as it is a key element in Oracle Core HR. While the Organization Tree is a prerequisite for ORC to function, you don’t necessarily need to configure a new one specifically for ORC. If an organization tree already exists in Core HR, you can reuse it for ORC.
The values you define in the Organization Tree appear in the Requisition Structure section of job requisitions, specifically in the Organization field, as shown in the screenshot below.
