What is the difference between saving and submitting review content by reviewer?
Reviewer can either save or submit review content prior to talent review meeting. If a reviewer chooses to submit review content it will not just be available for the meeting dashboard but immediately update workers profile with new updated ratings. Instead if manager chooses to just save the content, edited ratings will only appear in the talent review meeting, but the worker profile will not be updated. What are the different type of rating model you can associate with a talent review template?
Different types of rating models can be associate with Talent Review Template. A rating model can also be reused and used more than one in a single template. Here is the list of seven rating models that can be linked with talent review template

What happens if talent review content isn’t complete by the deadline?
If the review content is not prepared by reviewers prior to the meeting, the most recent ratings of workers would be displayed on the talent review meeting dashboard. If the ratings are outside the data validity guidelines. If reviewer doesn’t prepare review content for any worker who doesn’t have any rating attached to his profile then that worker would appear in the holding area of the Talent Review meeting dashboard at the start of the meeting. The worker doesn’t appear in the box chart matrix. Meeting participants can rate the worker during the meeting.
Can reviewers see data for workers they don’t manage when preparing content?
No. Reviewers will see only those workers they are managing. Reviewer can see profile data for their direct and indirect reports only. However, during the meeting, such as in a conference room when the facilitator dashboard is projected on a screen, reviewers who are also participants can see profile data for all persons being reviewed.
What is the significance of Data Validity Guideline and Latest Data
While creating talent review meeting, facilitators can set a data validity guideline to ensure that ratings are updated within the time frame specified by the guideline. On the Prepare Review Content page, an icon appears next to ratings that fall outside the guideline to warn reviewer to update the ratings. When reviewer changes a rating, the icon disappears. However, it doesn’t disappear if the rating doesn’t change, even if you remove and restore the current rating. All ratings, updated or not, are recorded as updated when you submit the ratings.

Reviewers
Reviewers are managers who would be reviewing their employees. Only reviewers have access to change/update workers rating prior to meeting. They are the one who prepare review content (You can know more about this here.
Participants
Participants are also generally managers only but they are not directly involved in updating rating and in preparing review content prior to meeting. Their job begins on the meeting day only, when they give their opinion about workers, which may influence others (facilitators) to change workers rating.

What is the role of a business leader in a Talent Review Meeting, can there be more than one business leaders in a single meeting?
In a talent review meeting there could be only one business leader max. Business leader is the top manager of the organization for which talent review meeting is created. When we select business leader his organization gets auto populated and cannot be changed. However, we can add managers from other organizations as participants or reviewers. Business leader is also automatically added as participants in the meeting and cannot be deleted.
What is the meaning of Data Submission Deadline in Talent Review Meeting?
Data submission deadline is the date by which all reviewer must prepare review content and submit it. Once deadline is passed, reviewers can no longer use the Prepare Review Content task to update worker profile data. If the notification is enabled, reviewers also receive notice that the deadline is reached. The data submission deadline is optional. If you don’t enter a date, reviewers can update worker data until the meeting starts.
What is the significance of Prior Ratings Start Date and Prior Ratings End Date in Oracle Talent Review Meeting?
In Talent Review Meeting Dashboard we can compare workers current rating with their prior ratings. Prior Ratings Start Date and Prior Ratings End Date help us to set date range in which we want to retrieve prior ratings of any completed meetings. If ratings have been updated multiple times within that date rage only the most recent rating is considered. If no date range is given then the very latest ratings will be considered.
How do you assess potential of a worker and get potential rating in a Talent Review Meeting?
We use Potential Assessment questionnaire to calculate potential for a worker and the potential rating. Can you submit the Talent Review Meeting if a worker is in holding area?
Yes, you can still submit the talent review meeting even if any worker is in holding area, but the issue is that system will still update blank rantings for this worker. Please note this could be a temporary bug with the application so please cross check before answering in interview.
