Read Only User in Oracle Fusion
In this article we will see how can we create a read only user, who can only query any record but cannot update them. If user tries to act smart, he will receive an error message “You have read-only access to all applications. You cannot perform updates. (FND-3319)” as shown in the image below. So, now let’s proceed to see how it works.
