What Are Oracle Performance Goals?
A performance goal is a goal, task, or objective given to a worker at the start of the evaluation cycle, which they’re expected to complete by the end of it. It’s called a performance goal because these goals are usually used as criteria to evaluate how well employees performed at the end of the year and how effectively they achieved their goals.
