What is a Job Requisition Template
As the name implies, a job requisition template is a template through which you can create job requisitions to post on career sites. You need to fill in several key details while drafting a job requisition such as employer description, workplace info, salary details and what not. Rather than entering all these details every time you create a job requisition, you can fill in these details only once in the job requisition template and use this template as a base to create subsequent job requisitions so that you only have to enter or update very minimal data in the job requisition.
In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating a job requisition template from scratch. However, we strongly recommend that you first read the following article to ensure you have all the necessary prerequisites in place for completing the job requisition templates.
- Learn to Configure Candidate Selection Process (CSP)
- Learn to Configure Job Application Flows
- Learn to Configure Prescreening and Feedback Questionnaire (Optional)
