What is a Career Site
A career site is a webpage where candidates can apply for job openings posted by organizations. As a candidate, when you visit a career site, your primary goal is to search for current job opportunities or create a profile to receive notifications about future positions that match your preferences.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud offers a plethora of features to help you create and customize a modern career site that not only meets your organization’s needs but also enhances the overall candidate experience.
In this article, we will learn to create an external career site from scratch and explore all the key configuration and customization options available to consultants. Additionally, we will post a job on this newly created career site and observe the process of a candidate applying for that job.
Configure a Career Site
To configure a career site search for the task Career Sites Configuration or follow below navigation.
