What is the difference between saving and submitting review content by reviewer?
Reviewer can either save or submit review content prior to talent review meeting. If a reviewer chooses to submit review content it will not just be available for the meeting dashboard but immediately update workers profile with new updated ratings. Instead if manager chooses to just save the content, edited ratings will only appear in the talent review meeting, but the worker profile will not be updated.
