Do you Have:

  • Strong experience with loyalty and CRM campaigns (online and offline)?
  • Experience working with a broad range of customers using CRM?
  • Strong interest in the full marketing mix across food and beverage, leisure, gaming etc.?
  • Good consumer marketing experience?
  • include technical campaign selection and implementation
  • Experience increasing commercial benefits through a loyalty campaign?

You Will:

  • Manage the customer data e.g counts, profiles, extracting data, CRM recommendations, and analysis.
  • Always assess the offers and incentives to encourage loyalty and ensure rewards are appropriate
  • Assist with the single customer view to ensuring that data is accurate and structured for commercial benefit.
  • Through data insight identify how best to target campaigns to increase both acquisition and retention
  • Develop the loyalty program
  • Explore new routes to access data and customer touch points
