Do you Have:
- Strong experience with loyalty and CRM campaigns (online and offline)?
- Experience working with a broad range of customers using CRM?
- Strong interest in the full marketing mix across food and beverage, leisure, gaming etc.?
- Good consumer marketing experience?
- include technical campaign selection and implementation
- Experience increasing commercial benefits through a loyalty campaign?
- Manage the customer data e.g counts, profiles, extracting data, CRM recommendations, and analysis.
- Always assess the offers and incentives to encourage loyalty and ensure rewards are appropriate
- Assist with the single customer view to ensuring that data is accurate and structured for commercial benefit.
- Through data insight identify how best to target campaigns to increase both acquisition and retention
- Develop the loyalty program
- Explore new routes to access data and customer touch points
